Jephter Itagbo
Executive Director & Founder, ONERO Healthcare Services
Jephter Itagbo is the Executive Director and Founder of ONERO Healthcare Service, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience within the NHS. He is a highly accomplished and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong track record of delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care across a wide range of clinical settings.
Jephter holds a BSc in Mental Health Nursing, alongside a BSc in Marketing and an MSc in Financial Management, combining clinical expertise with strong strategic, operational, and business leadership skills. His multidisciplinary background enables him to lead with both clinical insight and commercial awareness, ensuring services are effective, sustainable, and responsive to evolving healthcare needs.
Throughout his career, Jephter has gained broad experience across home care, supported living, acute and general nursing, forensic services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and eating disorder services. This diverse exposure has shaped his holistic approach to care delivery, with a consistent focus on dignity, safety, recovery, and independence.
As a leader, Jephter is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
